Coffee Club
Pull up a sand bag and spin some dits! Enjoy a chat and our own brand coffee at our weekly coffee club. Open to all veterans and members of the public at our location.
Art and Crafts Workshop
Studies have shown that expression through art can help people with depression, anxiety, and stress. Art has also been linked to improved memory, reasoning, and resilience in aging adults.
Manage Your Money Workshop
Our money management workshop teaches budgeting, debt management, and personal finance management. It is sometimes the case that veterans may find it difficult to manage their financial affairs because they were not exposed to having to deal with these issues while serving in the military.
Pottery Workshop
Workshops and event in pottery. Our creative workshop aims to provide therapy and confidence by developing new skills thoughtfully, taking advantage of clay's soothing properties.
